IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL mistake in Windows 8 is exhibited as dreaded Blue Screen of Death. Just as additional Blue Screen of Death errors, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors happen due to damaged tool installations, corrupt system files, incompatible or inappropriate machine drivers and faulty hardware devices. IRQ are interrupted requests that are delivered to CPU by means of north and south bridges.

To resolve this issue, administrator-level users can facilitate advanced boot menu within Windows 8 and reboot PC in safe mode, after doing this, admin can uninstall the device driver or program. Problems can be lessened and spotted by checking minidump file that’s produced when BSOD is shown on screen.

You can make use of some diagnostic tool for your comfort that can detect and open minidump files from your PC. from those you can make out the cause behind error and get rid of it.
