- First try sfc /scannow
- If not, then go to start menu
- Then click on Run and enter sfc /snannow (notice the space between the c and /)
- It might acquire some time. So be patient and let it finish
- Furthermore you can try rebooting your PC in the safe mode that might fix your error.
If this does not help you with your error then most probably it is actually not an issue with your PC, it is rather an issue with the version of OS you are running.
64 bit OS – It can run 64 bit programs smoothly and is also well-suited with 32 bit applications as well.
32 bit OS – It can only run 32 bit programs and not anything beyond that. But it can also run 16 bit DOS 3.1 programs. Also, it doesn’t support RAM more than 2 GB.
Therefore make sure that the programs you are running is fully compatible to the version of your Windows OS.
