Try the following troubleshoot steps to fix it:
First, run Windows Update and install all the update available. Now run SFC Scanner, look for Command Prompt, right click on it and then choose Run as Administrator. Once open, type scannow/sfc and hit Enter. When the scan completes, check if the problem is solved or not.
If these steps do not work then do the clean install of the graphics card drivers. Go to Device Manager and uninstall the AMD graphics driver. Then go to Program and Features and uninstall anything related to AMD. After this download and install the latest driver (Download link – http://support.amd.com/en-us/download). Once you install the latest driver, reboot your PC then test it again.
If the problem still exists then you can also run a memory test just to make sure everything is working fine.
If all things go correct then the last option left with you is to re-install Windows 10.
