The Internal_Power_Error blue screen error is possibly caused due to incorrect video driver or due to incompatible device drivers.

So it is worth to first check for the outdated device driver and tries updating them. Also, disable the graphics card or roll back your drivers to fix the error.

However, if this won't work for you the increase the hibernation file size

  • Press Windows + X key > select Command Prompt (Admin)
  • As the Command Prompt opens > enter powercfg /hibernate /size 100 > hit Enter.

The default size is set to 75% and as per the current memory requirements, this might be not enough, so change the size to 100%.
